He stuck around, and I eventually drove away. If I was a "bird person" I probably would have waited it out.
Also, how were the waters?
Waters were meh. Flows were perfect, there were some hatches, but not a single rise. I nymphed like a maniac, to no avail. I did explore a new creek that has promise.
